To improve mobile crisis service quality and outcomes a Performance Improvement Center (PIC) was established in 2009 at the Child Health and Development Institute (CHDI) through a contract with the Department of Children and Families. Monthly, quarterly and annual reports are published by the Performance Improvement Center, and analyze service utilization, response time, mobility, and outcomes. Findings are used to ensure quality and inform ongoing training and professional development for clinicians.
